What shipping methods are available?
For your convenience, we can ship your merchandise in a method that works best for you. Standard deliveries will arrive via USPS or FedEx Delivery. If you need faster delivery, you may select "Priority".
In-stock items normally leave our warehouse within 24 hours after credit approval and order processing and are shipped via USPS. Depending upon where you live, your package should arrive in 5-7 business days.

Heavyweight and Oversized Items:
Heavyweight and oversized items are designated with an alphabetic code in the product description. If you order an item with a heavyweight or oversized code, please add the amount below to your standard shipping total. There may be some shipping restrictions on heavyweight and oversized delivery to AK, HI, and all U.S. Terr. and APO/FPO addresses.
*Scheduled delivery outside your home, under cover if possible. Signature Required.
**Scheduled delivery up one flight of stairs to room of choice. Signature Required. Item will be left in its packaging.
Oversized Delivery – FAQ’s
What is LTL?
LTL stands for Less Than Truckload – this is a common term used to describe the delivery method for items that are too large to go regular ground but too small to be a full truckload. Items that are typically “LTL” are large furniture, major appliances, TVs larger than 60”, etc. These are considered oversized items additional shipping charges apply to these items.
What is included with each delivery method for oversized items?
“Basic” Delivery: Item delivered outside the main entrance. No inside delivery. Adult signature required. No assembly included.
“Deluxe” Delivery: Item delivered inside entrance of first available dry space of your choice, including garage, deck or first room of home. Adult signature required upon delivery. No assembly included.
How do I set up delivery for my oversized item?
The carrier will contact you within two business days after your order is placed to schedule delivery. They will reach out to you via phone, using the phone number that is saved on your account.
How do I track my delivery?

What happens if I miss the call from the carrier to set up a delivery appointment.
The carrier will give 3 attempts to contact you to set up a delivery. If you do not respond, your order will be canceled.
What happens if I am not at home when the delivery is set up to happen?
The carrier will wait for 30 minutes within the delivery window, and then move on. At that point, the delivery would need to be re-scheduled and you would be charged an additional delivery fee.
Why is a signature required for oversized delivery?
A signature is required on these shipments to protect you from any fraudulent or theft-related activities. Since these items are typically expensive, we want to make sure YOU get the product you ordered.
What happens if my order looks damaged when the carrier makes the delivery?
If the packaging of the product you ordered looks damaged enough that you could assume the product is also damaged, refuse delivery before the carrier leaves. The carrier will alert us and we will contact you about getting a replacement shipped. It is much easier to refuse shipment to try and return a damaged product later.
In-stock item(s) should be delivered within 3-5 business days (pending credit approval) after we receive your order, depending upon where you live. This service costs $10 per order and is in addition to our standard shipping and processing charges. Some restrictions apply on oversized and heavyweight items.

This service costs $20 per order and is in addition to our standard shipping and processing charges. Some restrictions apply on oversized and heavyweight items.

- Delivery times are estimated on in-stock availability and depend on where you live.
- Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
- Shipping and processing charges include processing your orders and payments, receiving and storing goods at our warehouse, processing returns, packing and delivering our products in a manner that assures a safe, secure and timely delivery of your order, and replacing any goods that are lost or damaged in transit. These charges are non-refundable.
- Orders may be shipped to one address only.
Restricted Hazardous Items
Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted from air-transport due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipping by ground shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive. Please reference your estimated delivery date during checkout and post-purchase notifications for estimated delivery. We are not able to offer expedited shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico on orders with restricted items.
